Kurt Cawley is the founder and President of Olivella Properties. Kurt's focus is on leading the firm's pursuit of investment opportunities and providing strategic oversight to all ongoing investment strategies. In addition, Kurt serves as the main contact for all deal related items, investor relations, and corporate matters.
Keith Caruso is the Vice President of Operations at Olivella Properties. Keith's focus is on the day-to-day operations for the firm, and its verticals - investments, management and construction. In addition, Keith is the main point of contact for financial matters and assists with investor relations.
Eric MacIver is the Vice President of Project Management at Olivella Properties. Eric's focus is on the day-to-day operations for the firms construction business. Eric is the point person for all subcontractor submittals, sourcing material and all things related to the numerous job sites managed by the firm.
We purchase properties with the intent of improving the physical assets and community living through a strategic capital improvement and management strategy.
Through our affiliate general contracting firm, Driftwood Development, we are actively constructing single family and multifamily projects throughout Massachusetts.
We collaborate with like-minded partners, investors, lenders and subcontractors to create and develop better housing where we live and work.
